Auto ads are convenient but a bit aggressive by default
Turned on auto ads and AdSense placed everything for me which saved time, plus the eCPM is better than what I got elsewhere. Out of the box though it stuffed a few too many ads into my articles and I had to dial the density down manually so it didn't annoy readers. After tuning, it's been a really good setup.
Pros
Convenient automatic placement, solid eCPM
Cons
Default ad density runs a little high until you adjust it

Decent CPM but reporting feels delayed
Joined for the reward program and the payout rate per thousand downloads is okay, not amazing. My main gripe is the dashboard - stats don't seem to update in real time so it's hard to know how a link is performing on the day. Hosting itself is reliable so I'm staying for now, just wishing the numbers were live.

Transparent reporting won me over
As someone who obsesses over data, the granularity here is fantastic. Hourly breakdowns, partner-level win rates, and revenue by ad unit all in one place. No black box, which is rare in this industry.

Finally a place to dump all my project files
I shoot a lot of 4K video and the 1TB free space has been a lifesaver for offloading footage from my laptop. Upload was steady, share links generate instantly, and the folder organisation is clean. Got the premium plan during a sale and now downloads fly with no wait timers. Genuinely impressed.

Years in and it has never failed me
From a freelancer juggling three devices to now running a team, Dropbox scaled with me without drama. Block-level sync means even huge files update quickly instead of re-uploading whole. Restoring deleted files within the retention window has saved me more than once. Simply the most dependable cloud storage I have used.

Torn between the earnings and the user experience
Numbers-wise Taboola pays well and the reporting is detailed. But some readers have emailed me complaining the recommendations feel spammy, and I get it, a few of the offers look low quality. I keep it because the RPM beats the alternatives I tested, yet I'm always tweaking density to balance income against how it makes the site feel.

MEGAdrop and shared folders changed how I work
I run a small design studio and the MEGAdrop feature lets clients upload assets straight into my folder without an account. Everything is encrypted end to end so I can send sensitive mockups without sweating it. Speeds in India have been surprisingly good even on big PSD files. Couldn't ask for more.

Premium upgrade was worth every rupee
I upgraded to premium after the free tier kept nagging me with download limits, and honestly it transformed the service. No more wait timers, downloads max out my connection, and the 2TB plus larger single-file uploads handle my entire Lightroom catalog. The auto-backup on my phone just works in the background.

Set it and forget it monetisation
What I love is the auto-optimisation. I dropped the smart tag on my pages once and it just rotates formats to whatever pays best, no babysitting required. Push, in-page push and interstitial all firing without me touching anything. eCPM has actually climbed since I started. Couldn't ask for more from a passive setup.

Strong CTR and easy integration
Dropping the RevContent widget into my CMS took maybe ten minutes and it started serving relevant content right away. CTR on the in-article placement has been the best of any native unit I've tried, and PayPal payouts arrived on time. Only minor annoyance is that a couple of my custom block rules took a while to actually take effect.

Best CPM rates I've found for Indian traffic
Been using GPLinks for almost a year on my movie download blog and the payouts are genuinely solid. CPM for India traffic sits around 250-300 INR for me which beats most others I tried. Withdrawals via UPI hit my bank in well under the NET-15 window every single time, no excuses. The dashboard breaks down country-wise earnings clearly so I always know what's working.

Good rates for Indian traffic side
Most shorteners pay peanuts for Asian traffic but ShrinkMe's rate for India is actually usable, and they support UPI and bank transfer which is a big plus for me. Payments have come through twice now without issues. The one thing that bugs me is the ad page sometimes shows a slightly sketchy banner that I'd rather not put in front of my readers.

Transformed our content monetisation
Honestly the best decision we made for our media group. The sponsored feed earns more than double what our old display stack did and the SmartFeed keeps loading relevant items as people scroll, so session time went up too. Our manager is proactive, flags optimisation ideas before we even ask, and the NET-45 payments are like clockwork. Brand safety filters are robust enough that we trust what shows next to our journalism.

Fill rate cratered after a policy change
Ran great for the first few weeks but then my in-page push fill rate dropped off a cliff and my eCPM with it, with no notice or explanation. The same ad zones that filled at near 100% are now showing blanks half the time. Support told me it was a demand fluctuation but it's been weeks now.

Doubled my fill rate on mobile web inventory
My site's mobile web inventory used to go unsold half the time. After connecting to their demand pool the fill rate climbed past 90% and the eCPMs are competitive with what big publishers brag about. Couldn't be happier.

The sync engine is genuinely best in class
I have tried a bunch of cloud services and nothing matches how fast and conflict-free Dropbox syncs. Edit a doc on one machine and it is updated everywhere before I even switch windows. Conflicted copies are clearly labelled instead of silently overwriting. For people who actually work across devices, this is the gold standard.

Capable platform, results vary by vertical
Our experience has been a real mixed bag. For one of our content verticals the native traffic converted beautifully, for another it just didn't catch no matter how we tuned the targeting. The reporting tools are solid and support was okay, but the inconsistency across campaigns means I can't fully recommend or warn against it. Test small in your own niche before scaling.
Pros
Solid reporting tools, can convert very well in the right vertical
Cons
Performance inconsistent across niches, requires careful testing
Pros
No wait timers on premium, full-speed downloads, big single-file uploads, solid phone auto-backup

Great storage, but the apps feel a bit unfinished
The value is undeniable and my files have never gone missing. That said the mobile app logs me out randomly and the Linux client has crashed on me a couple of times during big syncs. When it works it's smooth, but it's not as polished as the price tier suggests.
Pros
Solid value, files always safe, generous space
Cons
Mobile app session drops, Linux client occasionally crashes
High India CPM, fast UPI payouts, clean stats dashboard

Solid platform, watch the IVT deductions
Overall really pleased, EPMV is up and the analytics are top notch for understanding reader behaviour. I did get hit with an invalid-traffic adjustment one month that knocked a chunk off my earnings. They explained it but the deduction felt a little opaque. Still recommend it for serious bloggers.
Pros
Strong analytics, good earnings, helpful explanations
Cons
Invalid-traffic deductions can be unpredictable
Pros
UPI and bank withdrawal, fair rates for Indian traffic
Cons
Occasional low-quality ad on the interstitial page
Fill rate and eCPM collapsed without explanation, slow support

Better rates than most, but the ads scare some users
For a small shortener the per-thousand rate is actually competitive, and I like that I can create custom aliases for my links. The downside is some of the redirect ads trigger antivirus or browser warnings for my visitors, which makes me look sketchy even though I'm not. Genuinely split on this one.
Pros
Competitive rate, custom alias support
Cons
Some ads trigger browser/AV warnings

Support is slow when it actually matters
The platform works fine on a normal day, but the moment I had a real problem with a missing payment, support became almost useless. Replies took four to five days each and were copy-paste responses that didn't address my actual ticket. Eventually the issue resolved itself, but the experience left a bad taste.
Pros
Functional for everyday shortening
Cons
Painfully slow, generic support during payment issues
Pros
Massive fill rate improvement on mobile web; competitive eCPMs
Pros
Fastest, most conflict-free sync I have used; clear conflict handling

Best value cloud storage I've found
I compared a bunch of services before settling here and nothing matched the free storage allowance. Resumable downloads are a lifesaver on my patchy connection, and the one-time lifetime-style premium pricing felt fair compared to monthly subscriptions everywhere else. Files I uploaded three years ago are all still right where I left them.
Pros
Top free allowance, fair premium pricing, resumable downloads, long retention

The smart tag is a game changer
I run several niche sites and managing ad placements used to eat my time. With their single optimisation tag I let the system pick popunder, push or interstitial per visitor and my eCPM went up across the board. Payouts on NET-30 to my bank have never slipped. Five stars, no notes.
Pros
One smart tag, higher eCPM, dependable NET-30 bank payouts

Does what it promises, encryption gives peace of mind
I store some sensitive client files here and knowing they're encrypted at rest makes me comfortable. Sharing is straightforward and the recipients never complain about complicated steps. Download speeds are good. Only minor wish is for folder organization to be a bit more flexible.
