How do I claim my business?+
Visit /business/claim, find your company, and pick one of four verification methods (domain email, DNS TXT, meta tag, or document upload). Most claims approve within a business day.
Can I delete a negative review of my business?+
No. RevWala does not remove honest negative reviews. You can respond publicly, and you can flag reviews that violate our guidelines.
How do I edit or delete my own review?+
Open your dashboard, find the review, and use Edit or Delete. Edits are tracked publicly so the change is transparent.
What counts as a verified review?+
A review submitted via a one-click invitation link sent by the business to a verified customer email. They show a "Verified" badge on the review card.
How do I report a fake or abusive review?+
Click "Report" on any review, pick a reason, and add details. Our moderation team reviews reports within a few hours. Repeat-abusing reviewers get their credibility score reduced and may be suspended.
How do I embed a RevWala widget on my site?+
Claim your business → go to your business dashboard → open Widgets → copy a snippet. The link-card and trust-badge snippets are pure HTML and work everywhere.
What's RevWala's refund / cancellation policy for paid plans?+
You can cancel any paid plan from /business/dashboard. Pro and Enterprise are billed monthly or yearly; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Where do I report a security issue?+
Email security@revwala.com. We respond within 24 hours and do not pursue researchers who follow responsible disclosure.
