My Mazda CX-5 punches well above its price with that Kodo design and a genuinely engaging drive. The interior feels more upmarket than rivals and the handling is sharp on twisty roads. Only minor gripe is the infotainment dial takes some getting used to, but I prefer it now.

The Mazda CX-30 has been a lovely daily driver with a hushed cabin and impressive real-world economy. The materials feel a class above and the safety kit is generous. Wish the boot were a little larger for big grocery runs, but a small price for the refinement.
Three years with my Mazda and not a single unscheduled visit to the workshop. It is economical, holds its value well and still feels special every time I get in. Service costs have been fair and the staff straightforward. Just wish the touchscreen worked on the move.
My Mazda MX-5 is the most fun I have had on four wheels. It is light, balanced and the manual gearbox is a delight to row through. Top down on a coastal road, nothing else comes close for the money. Mazda truly understands the driver.
The Mazda3 is one of the best-looking cars in its class and the SkyActiv engine is smooth and frugal. I am genuinely torn though, because the sloping roofline eats into rear headroom and the back seat is cramped for adults. Stunning to look at, less practical to live with.
