Only post about products, services, or companies you've actually used. Reviews based on hearsay, rumors, or speculation may be removed.
Do not post reviews on behalf of someone else, and never accept payment, free products, or other incentives in exchange for a review.
Reviews containing hate speech, slurs, threats, or targeted harassment of individuals will be removed and may result in account suspension.
Don't share other people's personal data (phone numbers, addresses, identification numbers, private emails). Do not impersonate others.
No promotional links, affiliate codes, or coordinated negative campaigns against competitors.
Businesses can flag reviews for review and reply publicly, but they cannot pay or otherwise compel us to remove honest negative feedback.
Anyone can report a review. Suspicious reviews are routed to moderation, never silently deleted. We surface flags transparently.
Every reviewer carries a credibility score (0–100) based on email verification, account age, helpful votes, review quality, and proof uploads. Higher credibility means your reviews carry more weight in trust-score calculations.
