Lost an entire folder of shared files overnight
Had a whole folder of files I was actively sharing with a team and one morning the link just returned an error, folder gone. No notice, no trash bin to recover from. For something people rely on for handoffs, silently dropping a full folder is unacceptable.
Cons
Entire folders can disappear with no notice or recovery

Cheap and stable, but customer support is a gamble
Can't fault the storage value or the upload reliability, both have been excellent for my archive. The problem is when something does go wrong you're basically on your own, replies take ages if they come at all. Fine while everything runs smoothly, nerve-wracking when it doesn't.

Six-digit key transfers are genuinely brilliant
Moving a 4GB video project from my laptop to a friend's PC took one 6-digit code and no account setup. Speeds were solid on a direct transfer and there were no size limits like the usual cloud services impose. Only gripe is the free version pushes you toward the app pretty hard and the download page has a few ads.

Fast, private, and dead simple
What sells me is the end-to-end encryption on direct transfers plus the speed, I sent a 12GB folder of videos and it finished faster than uploading to any cloud. The 6-digit key means I never expose a public link. Set it up once, recommended it to my whole team, everyone is hooked.

Good native rates, just watch your ad quality settings
The native recommendation units perform well for me and the click-through is better than I expected from a content widget. Payments via wire have arrived on schedule every time. One minor thing: I had to spend time blocking a few low-quality advertiser creatives that looked spammy before the experience felt right.

Earnings are great, just heads up on the threshold
Once you're in, this is fantastic. My revenue per thousand sessions roughly tripled and the automatic optimisation means I never have to think about it. The reporting is detailed and accurate against my analytics. Just be aware you really do need the 50k sessions to qualify, which kept me waiting for a while before I could join.

Good fill, fair rates, minor onboarding friction
Approval took longer than I expected and I had to email support before my site got verified, but once live the fill rate was basically 100% and the bid system actually pays decent for the popunder format. I like that I can set a minimum bid so cheap advertisers don't drag my average down.

Popunder eCPMs finally made my entertainment site profitable
Switched my movie streaming site over and the popunder fill rate is basically 100% on tier-3 traffic that nobody else wanted to monetize. eCPM on my Indian and SEA traffic jumped almost double what I was getting before. Payments hit my Payoneer right on NET-7 every single time, no chasing.

Reliable revenue, support could be more human
Earnings on my travel blog are steady and the optimization suggestions in the dashboard have actually nudged my RPM up a bit. The downside is support is mostly help-center articles and forums, so when I had a payment verification question it took ages to get a real answer. The product itself is great, the human help less so.

Too many redirects scare off my users
The actual earnings are okay but the visitor flow is painful. Between the multiple redirect hops, a popunder, and the countdown, a lot of my users just close the tab before reaching the file. My completion rate is noticeably worse than with a cleaner shortener I tried. Money per view means nothing if half the views never convert.

The most consistent pop network I have used in 5 years
I monetize a cluster of streaming and download sites and PopAds is the backbone of my revenue. Fill is always 100%, the real-time auction means my premium geos get premium prices, and I have literally never had a single missed or late payment whether via PayPal or wire. Setup was a single script tag and it just worked. This is the one network I recommend without hesitation.

Good network, payout threshold feels high for small sites
The contextual ads convert well on my photography portfolio and I appreciate that I can block specific advertiser categories I don't want. The 100 dollar minimum payout takes a while to reach when you're starting out though, so my first payment took several months. Worth the wait but newer publishers should set expectations.

Good money but the ad quality is hit or miss
The revenue is real and the fill is reliable, no complaints there. My problem is the creatives, for every legit sponsored article there's a borderline tabloid headline that I'd rather not have under my content. I spend time every week blocklisting campaigns. If the curation were tighter this would be a five-star setup for me.

Privacy-respecting and refreshingly simple
What sold me is that they don't demand a phone number or shove a bloated app at me. Upload via the website or API, get a clean shareable link, and the files stay encrypted at rest. As a developer the API integration into my deploy scripts was straightforward too.

Best monetization move for my recipe site
I went from manually placing AdSense units to letting their AI handle everything, and my earnings per thousand visitors jumped from about $11 to $24. The platform automatically figures out where ads convert without killing the read experience, and the speed tools kept my LCP under control. Honestly cannot fault it.
Pros
Huge EPMV gain, hands-free optimization, speed kept in check

Quietly one of the most dependable hosts around
No flashy marketing, just a service that does its job. I've shared hundreds of premium links over the years and recipients with accounts always get clean fast downloads. The yearly cost is laughably low for the bandwidth and storage I actually use. Highly recommend.
Pros
Outstanding price-to-value, fast reliable transfers, long file retention.
Pros
Low prices, stable hosting.
Cons
Slow and inconsistent support.
Pros
No size limits, instant 6-digit key sharing, no account needed
Cons
Ads and constant nudges to install the app
Pros
Encrypted, very fast, key-based privacy
Pros
Strong CTR, on-time wire payments
Cons
Some advertiser creatives need manual blocking to keep quality up
Stuck below the minimum payout threshold
My traffic just doesn't earn fast enough on Adcash to comfortably clear the minimum withdrawal, so my balance has been sitting there for weeks creeping up slowly. The banner fill is fine but the eCPM on my niche is low enough that getting paid feels like a slog. Not the experience I was hoping for after the signup pitch.
Pros
Banner fill rate is reliable
Cons
Low eCPM for my niche makes hitting the payout minimum slow
Pros
Revenue tripled, accurate reporting, set-and-forget
Cons
Strict traffic eligibility requirement

Best uploading experience I've had for big files
I deal with 2-3GB video files daily and Diskwala just handles them without choking. The resumable upload saved me twice when my connection dropped mid-transfer and it picked up right where it stopped. Streaming quality is genuinely good and the dashboard shows view counts clearly. Honestly impressed.
Pros
Resumable uploads, handles huge files, great streaming quality
Pros
Near 100% fill rate, control over minimum bid
Cons
Site approval was slow to start
Pros
Excellent fill rate on low-tier traffic, fast NET-7 payouts, strong popunder eCPM
Pros
Steady revenue, useful optimization tips
Cons
Support leans heavily on self-service, slow on real queries
Cons
Multiple redirects and popunder kill visitor completion rate
I've tried a handful of these platforms and Diskwala is the one that stuck. Uploads are quick, the streaming player looks professional embedded on my page, and the link monetization actually pays. Hit my withdrawal in good time and got paid without chasing anyone. Five stars, no hesitation.
Pros
Quick uploads, professional player, dependable payouts

Best value lifetime-style hosting I've found
I run a small modding community and 1Fichier handles our big download packs without breaking a sweat. The cold storage option keeps my archive costs tiny and direct links work perfectly with download managers. Renewal was painless and pricing has stayed fair for years.
Pros
Cheap large storage, direct-link friendly, great for download managers.
Reliable income, just wish minimums were lower
Been a publisher here for over half a year and it's been a positive experience. The push and in-page push formats earn consistently and I appreciate that they support so many payment methods. My only gripe is the minimum withdrawal threshold takes a smaller site like mine a while to hit, so payouts feel spaced out.
Pros
Consistent push earnings, many payment options
Cons
Minimum withdrawal threshold slow to reach for small sites
Solid for sharing big files with clients
Sending 4GB video files to clients used to be a nightmare with email. Now I just drop them in a shared folder and send a link, and download speeds on their end are good. The wait is the recurring cost feels a touch high compared to raw storage you get, but the reliability makes up for it.
Pros
Handles large files, fast download links
Cons
Pricing per GB is on the higher side
Pros
Good privacy stance, clean sharing links, usable API for automation.

My go-to for sharing within a community, works every time
I run a small modding group and we pass around large asset packs constantly. Gofile lets me fold everything into a folder link and the download speeds have been consistently solid even for people overseas. No registration friction means new members can grab files instantly. Couldn't ask for more from a free service.
Pros
Folder sharing, strong global download speeds, zero friction for recipients
Cancelled my plan and they still charged me
I downgraded before my renewal date and was still billed for a full year of Plus. Getting a refund took days of back-and-forth and a lot of frustration. On top of that, the app kept nagging me to upgrade even on the paid tier. Trust matters with a service holding all my files, and this left a bad taste.
Cons
Billed after cancelling, slow refund process, pushy upsell prompts
