We use Om Logistics primarily for rail-linked cargo movement and they coordinate the road legs at both ends well. Transit times are predictable and the goods reach intact. My one complaint is the documentation process, which is more paperwork-heavy than it needs to be, but otherwise solid.

We had an urgent inter-state delivery and Om Logistics arranged a road movement at short notice that arrived ahead of schedule. The coordinator stayed in touch throughout and the goods were perfectly handled. That kind of responsiveness when it matters is exactly why we keep using them.

Om Logistics gives us road, rail and air under one roof, which makes planning easier when timelines change. Their road service is dependable and switching a shipment to rail for cost savings was handled smoothly. The minor gripe is that air-cargo quotes sometimes take a while to come back.

One of our air-cargo consignments with Om Logistics sat for days without any movement and getting a straight answer from support was a struggle. By the time it was resolved we'd already disappointed a customer. For a company offering multimodal speed, this kind of silence is a real letdown.

Om Logistics has a wide network and for most of our consignments the service is acceptable. The experience does swing depending on the branch and lane though, some deliver flawlessly while others are slow to update or hand over. I'm genuinely on the fence about expanding our volumes with them.
