Working remotely means my internet has to be dependable, and Vivo has delivered with stable speeds and almost no downtime over the past year. Video calls never freeze and uploads are quick. The only thing I'd change is the modem's wifi reach, which struggles a little in the back room.

The Vivo mobile signal is reliable around Rio and the data speeds are perfectly good for everyday use. My frustration is with the billing, which has had small unexplained charges a couple of times that took effort to dispute. The service is fine, the paperwork side genuinely tests my patience.
