Probus Insurance is a reasonable way to buy through an advisor, and the plan I got was suitable. That said, I felt the depth of advice was a little surface-level compared to what I had hoped for. Functional, but not outstanding. I am sitting on the fence.

My experience with Probus Insurance was fine overall, though it really hinged on the advisor assigned to me. Mine was responsive at first but slower once the policy was issued. The broking model works, but I wish the post-sale support was more consistent.
