I booked a customized Europe package through Pickyourtrail and on the ground things unravelled. One pre-paid hotel had no reservation for us and a confirmed train transfer wasn't actually booked, leaving us stranded for hours. Support over chat was slow to respond during the emergency, which made an expensive trip very stressful.

Pickyourtrail's trip builder made planning our Bali holiday genuinely fun and the package came together quickly. Hotels and activities all matched what was promised. The only snag was a small currency-conversion difference on the final invoice that took an email to clarify.
