The HiNet fibre broadband has been brilliant for working from home with rock-solid uptime. Setting up the account involved more forms and ID checks than I expected though, which slowed things down. Once connected, no complaints at all about the actual service.

You really do get what you pay for with Chunghwa Telecom, the network quality is the best on the island and support is responsive. My only minor grumble is that plans cost a bit more than smaller competitors. For the reliability though, I think it's worth it.

Been a Chunghwa Telecom customer for years and the network has never let me down on calls or data. Billing is transparent and predictable. The only thing I'd improve is the account app, which feels dated and is a bit fiddly to navigate. Service itself, top marks.
