Zalando completely removes the risk from buying fashion online. I ordered three sizes of the same dress, kept the one that fit, and returned the rest for free with the prepaid label. Delivery was quick, the brand selection is fantastic, and refunds hit my account within days. Online clothes shopping done right.

Needed an outfit for a wedding and Zalando delivered next day with size options so I could be sure of the fit. Everything arrived neatly packed with clear return instructions, and when I sent one item back the refund was processed almost immediately. The whole experience felt premium and stress-free.

Zalando is my go-to for shoes and the range across brands is brilliant. Delivery was on time and the items were exactly as pictured. My one minor gripe is the amount of packaging; a single pair of trainers arrived in an oversized box with lots of filler, which felt wasteful.

I've ordered from Zalando many times and the quality, delivery, and free returns are consistently good. The Zalando Plus perks are a nice bonus. My only gripe is that during big sale periods popular sizes sell out almost instantly, so you have to be quick or you miss the discount.
