We evaluated several platforms and Wrike won on sheer flexibility. Custom fields, request forms that auto-assign tasks, and dashboards tailored per department mean every team works the way they want in one tool. Reporting to leadership went from a weekly scramble to a live dashboard. Genuinely excellent.
Deeply customizable, strong reporting
Wrike transformed how our agency manages client work. The custom workflows match our exact approval stages, the Gantt charts give clients real visibility into timelines, and the workload view stopped us from overloading team members. We have hit far more deadlines since switching to it.
Flexible workflows, great visibility
Wrike is a serious work management platform and once we set up our spaces and workflows it became indispensable. The only reason I hold back a star is that the initial setup took real effort and we needed a couple of training sessions to get the team comfortable. Worth it in the end.
Powerful once set up
Onboarding has a learning curve
As we grew from ten to fifty people, most task tools buckled, but Wrike grew with us. The permission controls, portfolio-level reporting, and automation rules handle our complexity without slowing teams down. Our project managers say it is the first tool they have not wanted to replace within a year.
Scales well, strong automation
Wrike handles our cross-team projects beautifully and the proofing tools have cut our review cycles in half. I am very happy with it on desktop, but the mobile app feels stripped down and I cannot do half the things I can on the web version when I am travelling. Minor but noticeable gap.
Great proofing and collaboration
