The home try-on programme from Warby Parker let me test five frames before committing, which took all the stress out of buying glasses online. The pair I chose came with accurate prescription lenses and a nice case. Wish the try-on window were a day or two longer, but a great experience overall.

I gave Warby Parker my exact prescription and the lenses came back with the axis wrong, not once but twice. Each remake added weeks and I went over a month without usable glasses. For an eyewear company, getting the actual prescription right should be the bare minimum.
