Across a few years on a UHC individual plan, claims have been processed accurately and the network covers all my specialists. Telehealth has saved me several trips. The app occasionally logs me out and makes me re-verify, which is mildly annoying but not a dealbreaker.

My UHC plan through work has been reliable, and the app's deductible tracker and virtual visit feature get used a lot in my house. Claims post quickly. The only minor annoyance is that the rewards program rules are a bit confusing to navigate.

UnitedHealthcare's provider network is enormous, so no matter where I travel for work my doctors and urgent care are in-network. The app makes it easy to check coverage on the spot. A recent emergency visit was covered exactly as the cost estimator predicted. Couldn't be happier.
Huge network, accurate cost estimator
We picked UnitedHealthcare for my mom's Medicare plan and it's been a good fit, with low copays and a decent dental add-on. The customer line is patient when she calls with questions. I just wish the printed plan booklets were a little less dense.
