The operational delivery from TVS SCS has been excellent and our service levels improved measurably after switching. The only friction was the commercial and contracting phase, which involved a lot of layers and took longer than expected to finalise. Once live, though, they perform exactly as promised.

What impressed me about TVS Supply Chain Solutions is that despite their global scale, our local plant team gets quick, attentive support. Warehousing accuracy is excellent and their continuous-improvement reviews have actually cut our logistics cost year on year. Highly recommended for serious manufacturers.

As a mid-sized shipper though, I sometimes feel our account doesn't get the same priority as their large global clients, and smaller change requests take a while. The service is solid but not always nimble for us.
