Booked an Oberoi suite for our anniversary and they went above and beyond with rose petals and a handwritten note. The concierge arranged a private dinner on the terrace and even coordinated our cab to the airport seamlessly. Pure class from check-in to check-out.
Thoughtful personal touches
The Oberoi Group certainly knows luxury and the rooms are gorgeous, but I left genuinely torn. The experience was lovely, yet a few of the add-on charges felt steep for what they were. Hard to say I'd return at these rates unless it's a real celebration.
Genuinely enjoyed our stay at The Oberoi. The spa, the pool, and the room service were all top-notch and the staff were warm throughout. Only minor gripe was a long wait at check-in because the front desk was short-staffed that afternoon.

Spent four nights at an Oberoi property and the service was simply on another level. Staff remembered our names, the room was spotless with a stunning view, and the breakfast spread was the best I've had at any hotel. Worth every rupee for a special occasion.
