TeamViewer let me connect to a client's machine across the country in seconds and the session was rock solid even on their patchy hotel wifi. File transfer and the remote reboot-and-reconnect feature both worked flawlessly. Honestly the best remote desktop tool I have used in 15 years of IT.

Connections are quick and the screen sharing quality is excellent even when I am supporting users on slower connections. The unattended access setup is straightforward and has been dependable. My only gripe is the licensing cost feels steep for a small business.
