Their WMS gives us real-time stock visibility across all locations, and pick accuracy during our festive peak stayed above 99%. The onboarding team understood FMCG flow patterns immediately.

Visited their Bhiwandi facility before signing and was impressed by the layout, safety standards and the way goods are binned. Six months in, damages are negligible and reconciliation reports arrive on time every month. Stellar Value Chain has been a standout in a sector full of unreliable operators.
Well-run facilities, low damage rate
The warehousing and distribution side from Stellar is genuinely solid and our throughput improved noticeably. My only gripe is that the monthly invoices sometimes club value-added charges without clear line items, so we end up emailing for breakups. Operationally though, they deliver what they promise.
