Booked the 12-day Europe group tour with SOTC and the coordination was excellent from visa help to airport transfers. Hotels were clean and the tour manager was always reachable. Only gripe is the days felt over-scheduled, so we were rushing between sights more than I'd like.

Itinerary a bit too packed
SOTC arranged a fantastic Kerala holiday for us including the houseboat stay and tea garden visits. The vehicles were comfortable, drivers punctual, and the whole package was great value. I've already recommended them to two colleagues planning trips.

Our Switzerland and France package through SOTC Travel was honestly perfect. Every transfer, hotel check-in and excursion ran on time, and the tour manager went out of his way to help my elderly parents. The Jungfrau day and Paris city tour were highlights we still talk about.
Seamless planning and caring staff
I booked a customized Dubai package and SOTC handled everything beautifully. The hotel was central, the desert safari was well organised, and any small request was sorted within minutes. For a group tour operator they made it feel surprisingly personal.
Excellent on-ground coordination
SOTC's group package covered some lovely spots and the food arrangements suited Indian travellers well. However when I asked to tweak a couple of days for a customized holiday, the options were narrower than I expected and pricing jumped quickly. Decent for a first-time traveller, mixed for someone wanting flexibility.
