Smartworks offers a genuinely high-quality managed office and the all-inclusive model removes a lot of operational stress for us. That said, when I compare the per-seat cost against other flexible providers, it sits on the higher end. The quality is there, but whether it justifies the premium is something I keep weighing.

The only hiccup was the onboarding and access-card setup, which took longer than promised, but once sorted it's been smooth.

While the Smartworks office looks impressive, our experience with day-to-day maintenance was frustrating. A broken AC unit in our cabin took over a week to fix despite repeated follow-ups, which disrupted the whole team. For a premium managed workspace, the response time on facility issues fell short.
