That said, when I compare the per-seat cost against other flexible providers, it sits on the higher end. The quality is there, but whether it justifies the premium is something I keep weighing.

A broken AC unit in our cabin took over a week to fix despite repeated follow-ups, which disrupted the whole team. For a premium managed workspace, the response time on facility issues fell short.
