Servest won our catering and cleaning contract on a good proposal but the actual staffing didn't match what was promised. The canteen queues got long at peak times and the cleaning rotation fell behind. Disappointed given the expectations set during onboarding.

While the on-site Servest staff are fine, we ran into repeated billing discrepancies that took weeks of emails to sort out. For a facilities group of this size I expected tighter back-office processes. Frustrating to spend so much admin time chasing corrections.
Servest handles both cleaning and catering at our premises and the cleaning crew genuinely does a great job. The catering side has been less consistent, with menu quality varying a lot week to week. Torn on whether to renew the combined contract.

Servest manages cleaning, catering and soft services for our group nationwide and they've been exceptional. The account team is proactive, the on-site staff are courteous and well trained, and the catering has won genuine compliments from employees. Couldn't ask for a better facilities partner.
