Safaricom's M-Pesa has completely changed how I handle money, I pay rent, send cash to family upcountry and buy from shops all from my phone instantly. On top of that the network coverage across Kenya is the widest I've used. Genuinely can't imagine daily life without it.

Safaricom's signal is dependable and M-Pesa is essential for me, so on the basics they deliver. My frustration is that data bundles expire fast and unused data just vanishes, which feels wasteful. Love the coverage, dislike the expiry policy, so I land squarely in the middle.

There's no denying Safaricom has the best coverage and M-Pesa is incredibly handy. What holds me back from raving is the cost, both the data bundles and the M-Pesa transaction fees feel high when you use them daily. Brilliant service, but it isn't cheap, so I'm genuinely torn.

When I had an issue with an M-Pesa transaction, Safaricom support reversed it the same day after a quick call, which was a huge relief. The network speed is excellent and I've never struggled for signal. Years in, they remain the gold standard for telecom in Kenya.

I get strong 4G in Nairobi and even out in the rural areas where I visit relatives, Safaricom holds a signal when others fade out. Buying bundles through the app or USSD is instant. Combined with M-Pesa for payments, it's an unbeatable package for everyday life here.
