After an extended Ortel Communications outage I was assured a partial refund for the days I couldn't use the service. Months later that credit has still not appeared on any bill despite repeated reminders. Broken promises like this destroy any trust I had in them.

I'll give credit where it's due, Ortel Communications fixed a signal problem at my place within hours and the broadband has been smooth ever since. The cable channel lineup is good and the monthly cost is very reasonable. A genuinely positive experience with a regional operator.
Fast fault fixing, good channels and pricing
My Ortel Communications broadband has been completely dead for more than a week after a cable fault in my locality. I've called repeatedly and each time I'm promised a technician who never shows. Paying for a connection that simply does not exist is deeply frustrating.
