Ooredoo's 5G in Doha is genuinely fast and rock solid, and when I travelled across the Gulf the roaming kicked in instantly with transparent rates. Topping up through the app is effortless. After switching from another carrier, this has been a clear upgrade in every way.

Ooredoo's network has been reliable for me with strong data speeds and clear calls around the city. I'm happy with the value of my plan. The only thing dragging it down a little is that when I contacted support about an invoice, the response took longer than I'd have liked.
While the plan looked great on paper, in my neighbourhood the Ooredoo signal drops out several times a day and data slows to a crawl during the evening. I reported it but nothing improved over a month. For the price I expected far more consistent service than this.

I set up a family plan with Ooredoo and the in-store team was patient and got everyone connected quickly. The shared data is generous and the speeds have been excellent for streaming. Their rewards programme has also saved me money on a few purchases. Really pleased overall.
