Beyond solid antivirus, Norton's identity and dark web monitoring is what won me over. It flagged a leaked password before any damage was done and the alerts were clear and actionable. Scans run quietly and the firewall has blocked several suspicious connection attempts. Highly recommend the full suite.
Strong identity monitoring, useful alerts
Norton's antivirus protection is fine, but the suite installs a pile of extras I never asked for and constantly pops up trying to sell me VPN and identity add-ons. When I tried to remove it I needed a special removal tool because the standard uninstall left bits behind. Felt more intrusive than the threats it protects against.

I've trusted Norton across multiple Windows machines and it has never let malware through. The interface has improved a lot and the VPN bundled with my plan is a nice bonus for public WiFi. Renewal reminders are clear and support sorted out a licensing question quickly. Very satisfied overall.

After installing Norton my otherwise fast laptop became sluggish, with background scans kicking in at the worst times and boot-up taking noticeably longer. I tweaked the settings but never got the performance back to where it was. Good protection isn't worth this much of a speed penalty.
