In the main urban areas Ninja Van is quick and dependable, and I've rarely had issues with parcels arriving. But when I shipped to a relative in a smaller town the parcel crawled along for almost a week. Great for metro e-commerce, less so once you leave the dense areas.

Careful handling and easy rescheduling
Ninja Van delivers the vast majority of my parcels right on time and the drivers are courteous. The proof-of-delivery system gives me peace of mind. My only gripe is that when I miss a delivery, the rescheduled slot occasionally doesn't stick and I have to chase it through support.
