After testing a few session replay tools, Mouseflow won us over with its accurate heatmaps and the form analytics that show exactly which field people abandon. Setup took ten minutes and the GDPR controls gave our compliance team peace of mind. It has paid for itself in conversion fixes already.

Mouseflow does what it promises and the heatmaps are genuinely helpful for understanding visitor behaviour. The catch is that the monthly recording limit on our plan fills up quickly on a busy site, leaving gaps near month-end. Solid product, but the quotas leave me a little frustrated.
