After testing a few session replay tools, Mouseflow won us over with its accurate heatmaps and the form analytics that show exactly which field people abandon. Setup took ten minutes and the GDPR controls gave our compliance team peace of mind. It has paid for itself in conversion fixes already.

Mouseflow does what it promises and the heatmaps are genuinely helpful for understanding visitor behaviour. The catch is that the monthly recording limit on our plan fills up quickly on a busy site, leaving gaps near month-end. Solid product, but the quotas leave me a little frustrated.

Watching real Mouseflow sessions changed how our design team approaches UX, and the tagging features make it easy to find relevant recordings. It's been reliable across our marketing site. I'd appreciate cleaner data export options, as pulling reports into our own dashboards is a bit clunky.

We installed Mouseflow specifically to watch session replays on our checkout, but for weeks it failed to record several pages where the dynamic form loaded. Support pointed to our SPA setup but never gave a working fix. Paying for behaviour analytics that misses the exact pages I care about is a real problem.
