Good fit for high-volume inside sales teams

Our inside sales team runs hundreds of leads a day and LeadSquared's automation and lead-scoring keep them organized. The mobile app helps field reps log activity on the go. The one drawback is that building complex automation flows can get fiddly without admin help.

Capable CRM but the UI takes getting used to

LeadSquared handles our lead distribution and follow-up automation reasonably well, and the sales execution features fit our process. That said, the interface feels cluttered and some everyday tasks take more clicks than they should. It's a genuinely mixed experience: powerful underneath, but not the most intuitive.

Billing and migration left us frustrated

We hit repeated issues when trying to scale our LeadSquared plan, including charges we didn't expect and a data migration that dragged on far longer than promised. Getting a clear resolution required escalating several times. For a tool meant to streamline sales, the admin side caused us a lot of grief.

Strong marketing automation, support response varies

We use LeadSquared for both lead management and email nurture campaigns, and the combination works well for our funnel. The reporting helps us spot where leads stall. Support is usually helpful, though response times can be slower during peak periods.
