Relocating my KPN subscription to a new flat turned into a two-week ordeal with conflicting information from different agents. The connection itself is fine once active, but the moving process was far more painful than it should have been for a major Dutch operator.

I have no real complaints about KPN's landline and broadband performance, it does what it says. The thing that keeps me on the fence is the annual price increase that arrives without much warning. The service is decent but the cost creep is annoying.
The KPN mobile and home connection both perform well and I rarely have issues with the actual service. Where it falls down is support, one rep was fantastic and sorted my issue, another left me on hold for ages with no resolution. Hard to rate fairly.

KPN does the job for our mobile and internet at home, and we rarely lose signal. It is not the cheapest and the TV interface feels a bit dated, but nothing is broken either. A solid, middle-of-the-road option that I neither love nor dislike.
