I use J&T Express for most of my Shopee orders and the pricing is honestly hard to beat. Parcels are usually well handled and the drop-off points near me are convenient. The only thing that bugs me is parcels sometimes sit a day or two longer at the sorting centre than the estimate suggests.

Ordered something fragile and J&T delivered it dented with the original packaging clearly re-taped. The contents survived by luck, not by care. For a company that handles this much e-commerce volume I expected the parcels to be treated a lot more gently than this.
My order was marked as delivered on the J&T tracking page but it never reached my door, and no one in my building signed for anything. When I raised a complaint I got copy-paste replies for two weeks and then they simply closed the ticket. Losing a parcel is one thing, refusing to investigate is another.

Every J&T Express delivery I've received this year has come early or on time, and the riders go out of their way to call when I'm not home rather than just leaving a missed slip. Tracking is accurate down to the hour and I've never lost a parcel. Easily the most dependable courier in my area.
