We thoroughly enjoyed our ITC Hotels stay; the bedding was some of the most comfortable I've slept on and the buffet spread was magnificent. The staff were warm and professional. The one niggle was valet parking was slow at peak hours, leaving us waiting before a dinner reservation.

ITC Hotels nailed it for my mixed work-and-leisure trip. Lightning-fast wifi for meetings, a serene spa to unwind, and dining that turned every meal into an event. The eco-conscious operations gave me extra reason to feel good about choosing them. Genuinely impressive end to end.
ITC Hotels gave us a really comfortable stay with plush rooms and superb food, especially the regional cuisine restaurant. The responsible-luxury approach is something I respect. Only small gripe was the fitness centre was on the compact side and got busy in the mornings.
I appreciate ITC Hotels' genuine commitment to sustainability and the eco-friendly touches were evident throughout the property. The room and dining were excellent. My mixed feeling is the check-in took unusually long despite a near-empty lobby, which dented an otherwise great first impression.
ITC Hotels proves you don't sacrifice luxury for sustainability. Our stay had everything, gorgeous rooms, world-class dining and staff who couldn't do enough for us, all under a genuine green ethos. The signature kebabs alone were worth the trip. Five stars without hesitation.
