Gateway Distriparks handled our container clearance at their inland depot competently and the facility is well organized. Customs coordination was decent. However, documentation turnaround sometimes took longer than quoted, which held up a couple of our consignments. A solid operator with some process delays.

The depot infrastructure is modern, the cargo was handled carefully, and their coordination with the shipping line saved us significant time. We have moved several shipments through them now and consistency has been excellent.
We have used Gateway Distriparks for ICD handling and the security and storage at their yard are dependable. Staff on the ground know their work. The flip side is that their charges run higher than some alternatives and detention billing has occasionally surprised us. Fairly balanced experience overall.

Our container sat at the Gateway Distriparks facility for days because of an internal billing mix-up that was not our fault, and the mounting ground rent was nearly passed on to us. Getting someone accountable to resolve it was exhausting. For a logistics operator this lack of ownership was deeply frustrating.
