Our coordinator is responsive and the customs handling has been flawless across multiple shipments. For a growing importer the transparency alone is worth it.

The Flexport dashboard is genuinely the best I've used for tracking international freight and the data is detailed. That said, the quotes come in noticeably higher than traditional forwarders we've used. The technology is impressive but I'm still weighing whether the visibility justifies the cost for our volume.
