ezCater absolutely delivered for our big offsite. The order was accurate to the headcount, every dietary label was correct, the caterer arrived early to set up, and the tracking kept me informed the whole morning. Coordinating food for fifty people has never been this stress-free. Outstanding.

We placed a sizable ezCater order for a client lunch and the caterer delivered fewer portions than we paid for, leaving a few guests without food. Getting the credit processed afterward took longer than it should have. For business catering the stakes are higher and this stung.

Booking corporate catering through ezCater is straightforward and the food has been consistently good for our events. Support was helpful when I needed to adjust a headcount. My small complaint is the delivery time windows can be broad, so we build in buffer. Happy customer on the whole.

ezCater has been dependable for our weekly office lunches across a couple of locations. The variety of caterers is solid and reordering favorites is quick. The one thing I'd improve is that a few listed menus were out of date when I tried to order. Still a strong platform overall.
