Booking corporate catering through ezCater is straightforward and the food has been consistently good for our events. Support was helpful when I needed to adjust a headcount. My small complaint is the delivery time windows can be broad, so we build in buffer. Happy customer on the whole.

We placed a sizable ezCater order for a client lunch and the caterer delivered fewer portions than we paid for, leaving a few guests without food. Getting the credit processed afterward took longer than it should have. For business catering the stakes are higher and this stung.

We use ezCater to handle catering for team meetings and it's been smooth. The marketplace makes comparing local caterers easy, the food showed up on time and well labeled for dietary needs. Only minor gripe is the service fee on top adds up for larger orders. Would book again.
