The actual eye treatment at Eye-Q was solid and my retina check was thorough. I was slightly put off by the repeated upselling of premium lenses and extra packages at the counter. Once past that, the clinical care was genuinely good.

My visit to Eye-Q felt like a conveyor belt. The eye exam was hurried, and the spectacle prescription they gave left me with headaches until another optician corrected it. For a dedicated eye-care chain I expected far more careful refraction. Very disappointing.
