The actual eye treatment at Eye-Q was solid and my retina check was thorough. I was slightly put off by the repeated upselling of premium lenses and extra packages at the counter. Once past that, the clinical care was genuinely good.

Had my cataract done at Eye-Q and the surgeon was confident and quick, with vision clearing up within days. The pre-op counselling was clear too. My only gripe was how packed the waiting area got, making the visit longer than expected.
My visit to Eye-Q felt like a conveyor belt. The eye exam was hurried, and the spectacle prescription they gave left me with headaches until another optician corrected it. For a dedicated eye-care chain I expected far more careful refraction. Very disappointing.
