Discovery's health and life products are excellent and the claims service has never let me down. The Vitality ecosystem is rewarding once you get the hang of it. My only gripe is that the points and tiers can be confusing, and it took a while to understand how to maximise the benefits.

I am happy with the breadth of cover Discovery offers and the integration between health, life and the Vitality rewards is clever and well executed. Claims have been handled fairly. The premiums do sit at the pricier end, though I do feel the rewards offset some of that.
