Claro installed our home broadband within two days of ordering and the speeds have exceeded what we pay for ever since. Streaming and video calls run flawlessly across multiple devices. When I had a question the support team was patient and resolved it on the first call. Very impressed.
Fast install and reliable speeds
We put four lines plus home internet on Claro and the combined bill is very reasonable for the quality we get. Signal is strong even inside our concrete apartment building and the kids stream without issues. The loyalty perks they offered after a year were a nice surprise too.
Great family value and strong indoor signal
In town Claro is fast and reliable, no complaints there. Once I head out to my family's place in the countryside the data slows to a crawl and sometimes drops entirely. It's a good urban carrier but the rural coverage leaves me genuinely on the fence.

I signed up for a higher-tier Claro broadband package but the real speeds have consistently come in well below what was advertised, especially in the evenings. I reported it twice and a technician visited once, but the problem came right back. Frustrating to pay for speed I don't receive.
Actual speeds far below advertised
Claro's mobile data has been quick and dependable for me around the city and the coverage extends well into the suburbs. The only thing that bugs me is that the self-service app sometimes shows outdated balance information. Otherwise a solid carrier for the price.
