My package with Bring reached the local depot and then just stopped moving for eight days with no explanation on the tracking. Customer service kept saying it was in transit when it clearly wasn't. For a national postal provider this kind of black hole shouldn't happen.

Bring's driver left my parcel on the doorstep in pouring rain instead of using the pickup point I'd selected, and the contents were water damaged by the time I got home. The claim process to sort it out has been slow and clunky. Not the standard I expect in the Nordics.

Punctual freight, great business support
For regular parcels Bring is dependable and the home delivery notifications are clear about the time window. I particularly like that I can redirect to a pickup point mid-transit. The only thing letting it down is the app, which can be sluggish to load tracking details.
