I paid a deposit through Beike for a rental and when the deal fell through, getting it refunded was a nightmare that dragged on for weeks. Customer support kept passing me between departments with no resolution. For a platform this large, the lack of accountability was deeply frustrating.
Slow refund and poor dispute handling
Beike has a huge inventory and the data on each property is detailed, which I appreciated. The catch is that the quality of agents was hit or miss; one was excellent, another barely returned my messages. A genuinely mixed experience overall.
Beike's selection of homes is impressive and the virtual tours genuinely helped me shortlist before visiting. The agent I connected with was responsive and knew the area well. It would be five stars if the service fees were a bit more transparent upfront.

Beike pulls together listings, agents and transaction services in one place, which made comparing homes much easier. The VR house tours were a nice touch and saved me several wasted trips. My only complaint is the app can feel cluttered with promotional banners.
