My treatment at an Aster hospital was first rate from admission to discharge. The specialists coordinated well, the nursing was attentive and the in-house pharmacy meant I never had to run around for medicines. Clean facilities and clear communication made a stressful time much easier.

I had a scheduled appointment at an Aster clinic and still waited over two hours past my slot to see the doctor. The consultation itself was rushed once I got in. For a healthcare group of this size I expected better appointment management and respect for patients' time.
Excessive waiting despite appointment
The doctor I saw at Aster was competent, but the final bill included charges nobody explained upfront and the estimate I was given was well off. Getting a clear itemised breakdown took several frustrating calls. The medical side was fine; the financial transparency was disappointing.

We've used Aster clinics in both India and the Gulf and the experience differs a lot between locations. Some have excellent, prompt specialists; others felt understaffed with long waits. The integrated pharmacy is handy. It's a capable group, but the quality isn't uniform across their network.
