Adyen's processing is genuinely powerful and the uptime has been excellent for our online transactions. The flip side is that it's clearly built for larger merchants, so the integration and the dashboard have a real learning curve. We get great results now, but smaller teams should know it takes engineering effort to get there.

Since switching our checkout to Adyen, our approval rates on card payments climbed and chargebacks became easier to manage with their risk tools. The single integration covering cards, wallets and local payment methods across the countries we sell in has been a huge simplification. Settlement reporting is clear and on time every cycle.

Adyen handles our high transaction volume reliably and the platform itself is excellent. Where I'm genuinely on the fence is support: routine questions get answered, but a couple of more complex settlement queries took longer to resolve than I'd like for an enterprise contract. Great technology, support consistency is the open question.
