I love how Zoopla shows estimated values and recent sold prices right alongside listings. It gave me real confidence negotiating on a Victorian terrace. The area guides with local price trends were the cherry on top of a great house hunt.

Zoopla has a clean interface and I do like the sold price history. However, the automated valuations seem to swing wildly month to month and a few listings were duplicated. Useful as a research tool but I wouldn't rely on the numbers alone.

Before making an offer I spent weeks on Zoopla studying sold prices and how long homes sat on the market in my target streets. That data alone was worth it and probably saved me thousands. The listing alerts were timely too.

As a renter I found Zoopla easy to navigate with handy filters for furnished and pet-friendly places. Plenty of listings to choose from in my city. The only downside was a couple of properties that were already gone but still showing.
