I've used Yes Madam in two cities and the difference was stark, one session was flawless and the other had a beautician who clearly lacked experience. The pricing is fair and the concept is genuinely useful for busy days. I just wish quality control were tighter across the board.

The convenience of Yes Madam coming home is brilliant, but the quality really depends on which professional you get. One pedicure was excellent, the next felt rushed. I'm torn because I love the concept but can't fully rely on consistent results yet.

My at-home manicure from Yes Madam was lovely and the beautician was friendly and thorough. The only frustration was the app, which kept showing my slot as unconfirmed even after payment went through. Once she arrived though, everything was great. Would book again.

I booked an at-home waxing session with Yes Madam and the professional showed up almost an hour late with half her supplies missing. She had to improvise and the result was rushed. Convenient idea, but the execution this time left me frustrated and out of schedule.

Yes Madam sent a wonderful beautician who set everything up neatly and gave me a facial as good as any salon. No travel, no waiting, and she used clean, sealed products throughout. The whole booking was smooth from the app to payment. This is how at-home beauty should work.
