The consultant who treated me at Yashoda was knowledgeable and the diagnostic equipment is clearly modern. Getting to that point was the problem β the reception and appointment desk were disorganised and I was sent between counters repeatedly. Strong clinical care let down by poor coordination at the front.

The specialists at Yashoda were thorough with my father's tertiary treatment and the facilities are well equipped. What left me torn was how hard it was to get updates between doctor rounds β the nursing staff often didn't have answers. Good medicine, but the patient communication needs work.
My family member's stay at Yashoda ended with a bill far higher than the initial estimate, padded with tests and charges nobody clearly justified. When we asked for explanations the staff were dismissive. For a tertiary hospital I expected transparency, not a fight over every line item.

Yashoda clearly has good specialists and the treatment my mother received was effective. The downside is how crowded it gets, which makes consultations feel rushed and the wards noisy. The medical outcome was good, so I'm torn between appreciating the expertise and being put off by the crowds.

We chose Yashoda for my surgery because of its reputation in Hyderabad and the surgical team did an excellent job. Post-op care on the ward was attentive too. The only real frustration was the parking and general congestion around the hospital, which made daily visits stressful. Worth it for the care quality.
