Yamato Transport's Takkyubin service got my packages to me reliably and the drivers are always polite and careful. Notifications kept me informed of the delivery slot. My only complaint is that their tracking app occasionally lags behind the actual parcel status, which can be confusing.

I used Yamato Transport's cool Takkyubin to send chilled food to family and it arrived perfectly temperature-controlled and on time. The drop-off process at the counter was quick and the staff were helpful. Just wish the cool service surcharge were a little lower for frequent senders.

Yamato Transport has never let me down with their Takkyubin door-to-door service. Same-day and next-day deliveries arrive precisely within the chosen time slot, packages are handled with real care, and the drivers are unfailingly professional. Living here, I genuinely cannot imagine sending parcels any other way.

Yamato Transport delivered my package to the wrong unit in my building and it took two days and several calls to locate it. For a service that prides itself on reliable door-to-door delivery, a basic address mix-up like this was disappointing. The recovery was eventually handled but it cost me a lot of hassle.
