A rush LTL order absolutely had to make it to a customer's dock on a tight deadline and XPO came through, the freight arrived a day early in perfect shape. The dispatcher kept me updated the whole way and the driver was professional. That kind of reliability earns long-term business.

We ship LTL freight with XPO most weeks and the pickups are consistent, with pallets arriving in good condition. The freight tracking portal is clear enough for our warehouse team to plan around. Knocking off one star because occasionally a delivery appointment gets pushed a day without much notice.
